Terms and Conditions
Far Out Nepal (Far Out Trekking / Far Out Travels & Tours) – Terms and Conditions
The Himalayas are a land of extraordinary natural beauty, deep spirituality, and fascinating cultures. Travelling here can be a truly rewarding and unforgettable experience. However, visitors should also understand that many areas of the Himalayan region are remote, mountainous, and less developed, with basic infrastructure and services that may sometimes be unpredictable.
This is particularly important for trekkers and travelers visiting remote areas, where difficult terrain, changing weather, limited transportation, and basic accommodation and facilities can be part of the journey.
Himalayan tourism involves cooperation between many different service providers, including hotels, transport operators, guides, local communities, Embassies and government authorities. While we carefully select reliable partners, experienced guides, comfortable accommodation, and trusted service providers, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect the planned arrangements.
Travel in the Himalayas requires flexibility, patience, and an understanding of local conditions. Delays, changes, or inconveniences may occur, and services may not always meet the standards or expectations familiar to travelers from more developed destinations.
Despite these challenges, we are committed to making every reasonable effort to ensure your journey is safe, comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. With our local knowledge and experience, we carefully plan each trip and work with trusted partners to provide the best possible experience.
Come prepared to embrace the unexpected, discover fascinating cultures, admire the magnificent Himalayas, and meet the warm and welcoming people of the region. The journey may not always be predictable—but that is often what makes travelling in the Himalayas so special.
